Baby Shower Games || Free Printables

This past June I had the pleasure of planning and co-hosting a baby shower for my best friend. We choose a pastel rainbow theme to celebrate her rainbow baby! We had the theme given an “ok” by the mama, we wanted to highlight the celebration of this new life and honor the storm she has been going through. I think it is important to note, not all mama’s identify their baby after a loss as a rainbow baby or feel comfortable sharing their loss, so it’s important to “ok” such a sensitive theme. We had foods like rainbow fruit kabobs, a rainbow veggie tray, rainbow sprinkles white chocolate dipped cookies, cupcakes, cheese, crackers, salami, and of course rainbow punch. Have I ever mentioned my love of punch? A party is not complete without it. I got so much pleasure from creating floral arrangements with flowers from my garden. I had saved some of my peonies in the basement to keep them from opening too soon, and bought a few flowers to fill in where my garden lacked.

As much as I love food and flowers, I also really love paper products, and in this case I’m talking about the games! I had seen the emoji picture book game which I thought was great, so I created a version with a few of my own added in. I hope I don’t stump you! Because sharing is caring I’ve made digital downloads of each game for you! All you need to do is click each photo to download! They will print 2 per 8.5” x 11”, just cut and play.

I also made a gestation length game, because who doesn’t love hearing the weird lengths of time animals are pregnant.

Finally, we played a match the animal with the baby animal name.

I hope you find these useful or inspiring. I’d love to hear what your favorite baby shower game to play, or maybe you hate games?
