Oh tape tears

 

So that wonderful giant tape tear existed in our bathroom when we bought it, yay.  I figured we would have to hire a drywall guy to fix it, nope, I came home to find this.

I took this as the cue that we are redoing the downstairs bath, maybe not what Paul intended but it is happening.
