Grandmother's Flower Garden

I have started a rather ambitious project.  I'm sewing a grandmother's garden quilt, the old fashioned way, AKA all by hand.  This is the slowest project I have ever taken on, and my goal is to get it finished in the next 5 years.  Yep setting my bar super high here, ha.  I love the vintage flare of this quilt, and in true 1920s-1940s fashion I am using only fabric scraps.  I'm not cutting up any pieces of fabric from my stash just for this project, which is partially why this might take me forever to finish.  I'm trying to stay within the pink, red, gray, blue color range but we will see how it turns out.  Check back with me in 5 years to find out...
