White Chocolate Mocha
Usually we still get some really warm days around this time in Indiana, and I savor the last of iced lattes. This year is oddly cold, but that's not stopping me from indulging in an iced white chocolate mocha, or a certain number that is over 1 especially when guests are over. I have
, and I really like it. It has more than paid for itself over the 2ish years I have owned it. I have spent FAR less money at Starbucks and I'm able to take straight espresso shots in the mornings before heading off to school. Just kidding I don't do that last part,
but
I seriously considered it yesterday morning.
Ingredients
3-4 tablespoons of white chocolate sauce (I like the Ghirardelli white chocolate sauce)
2 shots espresso (or 2 Oz strong brewed coffee or instant espresso)
4 Oz Milk
Ice
Whipped cream for topping
Directions
Over a glass 3/4 of the way full of ice add the white chocolate sauce, espresso, and milk. Mix together and top with whipped cream. Enjoy! It is really so simple right? Sometimes I wonder why we fork over so much cash for coffee when it is so simple to make at home.
